1. Introduction

At ALL T20 (allt20.asia), we strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for ticket purchases and other services.

Ticket Cancellations

Non-cancellable / Non-refundable: Once purchased, tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless explicitly allowed.

Exceptional cases: Tickets may only be canceled under exceptional circumstances (event cancellation or reschedule by the organizers).

Event cancelled: Full refund issued to the original payment method.

Event rescheduled: Tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, submit a refund request within the organizer’s specified window.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds processed only for event cancellations or if the organizer explicitly allows refunds.
  • Processing, service, or convenience fees are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for partial attendance, no-shows, or last-minute customer cancellations.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. We issue refunds in the same currency as the original transaction.

Customers must provide proof of purchase and necessary details for the processing of refund requests.

Transfer & Resale

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
  • Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in cancellation without a refund.

Force Majeure

ALL T20 is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, pandemics, etc.). Refunds in such events are subject to the organizer’s discretion.
